Writer: Jonathan Sullivan
Hey followers of Film Calamity (meaning me, Anna, and our friends and family), it's your wonderfully handsome (and modest) EIC Jonathan Sullivan here. As you can probably tell if you've been to the site before, we have decided to change the look a little bit around here. Instead of the main page with all the graphics, we have adopted a more "blog" style look. While that puts us near the dangerous "generic looking" category, it is a sacrifice I am willing to make and an experiment I am willing to try.
Here's how things are going to work now. Whenever one of us writes something new, we will post a link to it as well as a "funny" quick writeup about it here. The picture will be your link to the actual article, where everything will be status quo traditional website browsing. Every post will be tagged at the end to correspond with what section we are updating, and if you are looking for something in particular, you can click the link to your right to just look at that. Archives work like normal archives, you aren't an idiot, I don't have to explain it that way. This also gives us a chance to post news items to the site, which is something I've wanted to do for awhile. It won't happen daily, and will only be certain news items we feel are worth sharing.
Nothing has been taken down, so the top links feature everything that's been put up since August 2009, so anyone new who is stumbling here: THERE IS FUNNY AND AWESOME STUFF TO READ.
Anyway, thank you for reading and hopefully we can eventually sort this stuff out as quickly as possible. Have a good day!
