The trailer for Let Me In, a U.S. remake of a Swedish horror film that is on its way to classic status, has come out and Jon has spotlighted it for your benefit. Let us in by clicking the pic and checking out the trailer. Also, we promise that we'll start doing non-trailer stuff again soon!
The red band trailer is online for the film Operation: Endgame which arrives on DVD/Blu-Ray on July 27th. With a cast featuring Zach Giliafinakis, Adam Scott, and Ellen Barkin among others, why isn't getting a real theatrical run and is that going to be bad news? Click the pic and check out the trailer to see for yourself.
After making a ridiculous ton of money, the studio that lucked into purchasing Paranormal Activity are now releasing a sequel this October (with a new director and we assume a slightly higher than 15k budget) for the pleasure of the viewing public/attempt to create a Saw-like franchise. Click that pic to see the trailer and let us know what you think!
Fangirl season is in full swing with the impending release of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (God help us all), so the timing is perfect to release the new, extended trailer for the two-part Harry Potter conclusion. Click the picture to read Anna's attempts at containing her excitement.
Writer: Jonathan Sullivan With this being the weekend of OUR INDEPENDENCE DAAAAAAY (copyright Bill Pullman), the studios are kicking their movies out early so instead of concentrating on the weekend (I'll be working at the theater...I COULD HAVE BEEN AT A BARBECUE!), let's see what we got coming this week...AFTER THE BREAK of course. Two new trailers have been released; one for Little Fockers, the third in a trilogy that shouldn't have even existed, and a teaser for the David Fincher Facebook film The Social Network. Click the corresponding picture for the trailer and some thoughts!
To cure his boredom, Jon checked out the movie Life is Hot in Cracktown. Dumb title aside, his desire for fun turned into a desire to never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever do drugs ever. Ever. Seriously ever. Click the pic for the review!
Writer: Jonathan Sullivan Looking at the new releases this week (yeah yeah I know one got released Wednesday, sue me), I have already decided to take a week vacation from movie-going. Why exactly? Well, check out what wide release "gems" are available for your consumption this weekend AFTER THE JUMP.
The first trailer for The Green Hornet, the Seth Rogen update of the classic comic book/radio drama/campy TV show character has hit the web and Jon is all over that like white on rice. Click the picture to see the trailer and read some thoughts. And yes, that is Christoph Waltz playing the villain, but blink and you'll miss him.
